Keeper

Secure and scalable password management for modern IT operations.
Security
Documentation

Keeper is a password manager for the secure storage and administration of login credentials, files, and secrets. The platform is built for organizations and MSPs that require central control over who has access to what.

It is a layer that often ends up last in security efforts, even though it should come first. Stolen or reused login credentials are one of the most common entry points into an organization, and it is a path that neither endpoint protection nor network security covers.

Zero Knowledge – what it means in practice

Keeper is built on a Zero Knowledge architecture with end-to-end encryption. Data is encrypted on your device before it leaves, and the keys are never held by the provider.

The consequence is concrete: even in the event of a breach at the provider, there is nothing readable to retrieve. This is also why the architecture is worth asking about when you compare password managers – not everyone builds them this way.

Why organizations choose Keeper

Sharing that is actually controlled. Credentials are shared between individuals and teams with clear permissions – instead of via chat, spreadsheets, or sticky notes.

Order when someone leaves. Access is revoked centrally instead of someone having to try to remember which systems the person had access to.

Policy-based access. Requirements for MFA, password strength, and access levels are managed centrally.

Traceability. Logging of who retrieved which credential and when – useful for both audits and incident investigations.

Built for multiple organizations. MSPs can manage many customers' vaults with clear separation between environments.

Features in Keeper

Encrypted vaults. For individual users, teams, and entire organizations.

Zero-knowledge architecture. End-to-end encryption where the keys stay with you.

Role- and permission-based sharing. Control over who sees and can use what.

Support for MFA and SSO. Integration with existing identity management.

Policy-based access. Centrally managed security requirements.

Secure storage for files and secrets. Not just passwords, but also certificates, keys, and sensitive documents.

Central administration for multiple organizations. Optimized for MSP operations.

What Keeper does that the others don't

Keeper doesn't overlap with our other security products – it covers what they don't.

SentinelOne and Huntress monitor what happens on devices. Guardz monitors identities and email. ThreatLocker restricts what is allowed to run. None of them prevent a correct password from being used by the wrong person.

That is why we usually consider password management one of the first layers to put in place, not one of the last. It is also one of the most affordable.

Keeper or the documentation system?

A question we get often, especially from MSPs already using Hudu.

Hudu handles sensitive data as part of its documentation and does it well. Keeper is built solely for this purpose and goes deeper: Zero Knowledge, granular sharing, policy management, and secrets management beyond just passwords.

Many run both, keeping documentation in Hudu and login credentials in Keeper. If you are unsure where the line should be drawn – get in touch, we have helped many others draw it.

Multisourcing – our strategy as a distributor

We have deliberately chosen to carry multiple suppliers in every category rather than representing just one. This is the foundation of how we build our portfolio.

For you, this means that every solution can be chosen on its own merits. You don't have to settle for a mediocre password manager just because it happens to be included in the same package as something else you've purchased.

It also provides a practical advantage that is easy to overlook: you can switch products without switching partners. If a supplier raises their prices, changes their packaging, or gets acquired, the alternatives are already here with us, with the same contractual partner, the same support, and the same point of contact.

We are a distributor, not a reseller

MSP Nordics distributes Keeper in the Nordic region. We assist you with licensing, setting up vault structures and permissions, and importing data from the tools you use today.

The import process is often what makes people put off switching. It usually goes faster than you think, and it’s a great opportunity to clear out accounts that haven't been used in years but are still active.

Support in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and English.

Frequently asked questions about Keeper

How much does Keeper cost?
Licensing is per user, with different tiers depending on functionality. Get in touch and we will calculate a quote for your specific situation.

What does Zero Knowledge mean?
It means that data is encrypted on your device and the encryption keys are never stored by the provider. No outsider can read the content, not even Keeper themselves.

Can we migrate from our current password manager?
Yes. Importing from most common password managers works, and we will assist with the implementation.

Does Keeper work with our SSO solution?
Yes, there is support for SSO and MFA via standard identity providers.

Can we manage multiple clients' vaults?
Yes. Keeper supports central administration of multiple organizations with clear separation between them, built specifically for MSP operations.

Do we need Keeper if we already have Hudu?
Not necessarily, but they solve different problems. Hudu is documentation with support for sensitive data, while Keeper is built exclusively for identities and secrets. If you have high requirements for access control and auditability, the combination is common.

Keeper is a natural choice for businesses, IT teams, and MSPs who need secure identity management — both in-house and across organizations.
