About the role
We are looking for a support technician who wants to work close to both the technology and the people using it. You support our customers in the solutions we distribute across the Nordic market – from ticketing and ITSM platforms through to monitoring, security and backup.
The role is broad. One day you help a customer get a workflow behaving as intended; the next you run an implementation from setup through to handover. You are also involved in evaluating new solutions before we bring them into the portfolio.

About MSP Nordics
We are a Nordic IT distributor. We deliver licensing, implementation and ongoing support to MSPs and IT departments in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.
What separates us from a reseller is that we hold direct agreements with the vendors, have our own technical expertise in house and are responsible for their partner networks in the Nordics. We carry several vendors in each area rather than representing just one, and every product we take on has been tested and vouched for by someone here.
Within ITSM we are the Nordic region's most experienced and largest distributor and implementation partner for HaloITSM. For you as a technician, that means you will see the platform at a depth few others in the Nordics get to.
Why you should apply
- Breadth from day one. You work across several platforms spanning ITSM, PSA, RMM, security and backup – not a single product.
- Real implementations. You own projects yourself rather than simply taking tickets from a queue.
- Short decision paths. We are a small team in Solna with an open culture and fast decisions.
- Development that actually happens. Certifications and training are part of the job, not something you fit in on your own time.
