About the role
In this exciting role, you will work on a wide range of tasks and play a central role in our day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, support employees with technical solutions in ongoing sales projects, and help customers implement and support them in our distributed products.
As a support technician, you will be a key resource for the company's customers, where you will be responsible for delivering both technical support and advice to our customers. You will most of the time work together with colleagues in the office, but also outside with clients and remotely to ensure that their IT environments are optimized. The service offers a mix of technology and business thinking, where you are also part of the process of evaluating new solutions to deploy for the Nordic market.
Duties
- Support systems such as PSA, ITSM, RMM, Cybersecurity tools, storage, backup etc.
- Operate and own implemetations of our products with our customers to ensure their success.
- Carry out engineering projects from start to finish with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.
- Ensure that customers have a secure and stable IT environment.
- Be proactive and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in IT operations and security.
- Support the purchase of new solutions and contribute with strategic thinking in the industry.
Qualifications
We would love for you to have:
- Relevant education or work experience in IT.
- Experience in IT, focusing on technical support and system administration.
- Experience in customer support/helpdesk in IT and knowledge in ITIL process flow (case management).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint.
- Ability to run and manage IT projects independently.• Good customer-oriented skills and social competence.
- As a person, you are responsible, driven, solution-oriented, collaborative, curious and have an eye for detail.
- Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
- B driver's license.
