About the role

The role is responsible for the entire sales cycle, identifying new customers and needs, presenting the product portfolio, creating a customer-specific sales strategy and driving the deal to closing sales. Upon completion of the sale, the role is expected to manage new and existing customers together with technical colleagues. The role is responsible for establishing the new ITSM business area with enormous potential. The role is of strategic importance and in the long run will be transferred to leading our own Account Executive team.

What you will do

  • Identify and connect with new potential customers with the intention of booking company presentations and presenting the product portfolio.
  • Contact with potential customers often takes place over the phone where it is required that you be an active listener, communicate clearly, be able to inspire and radiate self-confidence.
  • Gather market intelligence and insights to gain a clear understanding of the customer and the industry.
  • Create and present customer-specific company presentations based on customer needs.
  • Hold in simple technical presentations of the company's products.
  • Customer meetings take place both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate with technical colleagues and suppliers where additional technical expertise is required to effectively drive the sales process forward.
  • Coordinate with technical colleagues and suppliers when onboarding new customers.
  • Manage your customer portfolio through regular meetings, identify needs and present solutions and new products.
  • Create forecasts, negotiate prices and conditions.

About You

  • We see that you have a proven success story in achieving sales goals.
  • We see that you have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • We see that you have a bachelor's degree or higher in IT or Economics.
